Welcome to Yaya Massage & Spa  Berlin. We are dedicated to providing professional and high-quality massage services in a relaxing and safe environment. To ensure the best experience for our clients and maintain a smooth operation, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our policies outlined below.

Our Policy 

- Appointments & Booking :-

• Appointments can be made via phone, our website, or in person at our location.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.
• Walk-in clients are welcome but subject to availability.
• A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.
 
- Cancellation & Rescheduling :-

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before) may be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
 
- Arrival & Late Policy :-

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a relaxed start.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment, subject to  availability.
 
- Payment & Pricing :-

• We accept cash, online payments.
• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but existing bookings will be honored at the confirmed rate.
 
- Health & Safety :-

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your session.
• If you have a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of staff and other clients.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a massage is deemed unsafe for your health  condition.
 
- Code of Conduct :-

• We provide professional and strictly non-sexual massage services. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and authorities may be contacted.
• Please maintain personal hygiene and avoid strong fragrances.
• Respectful communication and behavior towards our staff and other clients are expected at all times.
 
Gift Cards & Vouchers :-

• Gift cards and vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for one year from the  date of issue.
• They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
 
- Refunds & Complaints :-

• We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please inform the  management immediately so we can address your concerns.
• If you experience an issue with a pre-paid session, please contact us within 48 hours for  resolution.
 
- Privacy Policy :-

• We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR regulations.
• Your personal information will be used only for booking, payment processing, and  service improvement purposes.
• We do not share client data with third parties without consent.
